FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q.  Are any of your services covered by insurances?

  • In many cases, yes.  Certain criteria need to be met for Medicare eligibility for coverage (and some other payor sources) such as homebound status during services, being under a physician's care, need for intermittent skilled care of a Nurse or Therapist. We are happy to check your long-term care policy and other insurances for you.  There are other options, for those who qualify, such as Veteran's Benefits, HHS, Senior Services, Area Agencies on Aging, Long-Term Care policies, and Private Pay for private duty care.

Q. What is Private Pay for Private Duty care?

  • When there is no insurance, or other benefit options, our services are available to purchase privately. You may purchase from 2 hours up to 24 hours a day, any or all days of the week. Services can be increased or decreased as you desire.  You do not need a Physician's Order to purchase care privately.  We have competitive rates.  Please call our toll-free number at 1-888-882-5005.
